1): Epoxy Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (EFAME)
Epoxy Fatty Acid Methyl Ester(EFAME) is colorless or yellowish transparent liquid,its raw material is plant oil,and it can replace primary plasticizers, such as DOTP, DOP, DBP, DINP, TBC,DINCH, etc.
EFAME has excellent compatibility with PVC resin. It improves the physical properties of the product and prolongs the aging time obviously, and enjoys good synergistic effect with the metal stabilizers such as barium, cadmium, zinc.
EFAME is widely used in PVC calendering film,PVC foaming artificial leather, garment leather, wire and cables, disposable PVC gloves, children toys, infusion tube, medical appliance, refrigerator seals, food packaging film, flooring leather, advertising cloth, recycled plastic granules etc. EFAME has excellent lubricity, compatibility, dispersion, can be used as surfactant, dispersant for epoxy coatings, epoxy resins etc.

Methyl Oleate is colorless or yellowish liquid, raw material is plant oil, C18 content is over 98%.
In pesticide industry, Methyl Oleate is used as a substitution of methyl benzene, dimethyl benzene, solvent oil, etc.. Comparing with other pesticide solvent, it is eco-friendly and non-toxic. 3. FAME is widely used in the synthesis of high surface active agents, such as it can be produced to Fatty Acid Methyl Ester Sulfonate(MES) via sulfonation neutralization.
4. FAME can be hydrogenated to produce fatty alcohol, fatty alcohol can be used in plastics, leather, textile, synthetic detergent etc.
5. FAME can be used as the additive of high grade lubricating oil, perfume. It is also as the main raw material of degreasing agent, penetrant, emulsifier and painting.
4): Methyl Palmitate
Methyl Palmitate is produced by the raw material plant oil. Methyl Palmitate(methyl hexadecanoate) is light yellow liquid, and the density is 0.87. It is soluble in alcohol, acetone, chloroform and benzene, soluble in ether, non corrosive, insoluble in water, and has stable structure.
1. Methyl Palmitate can be used in the production of emulsifier, wetting agent and stabilizer.
2. It can be used as stationary liquid for gas chromatography.
3. There is no methyl ester of short C chain, and it can be detected by chlorinated hydrocarbons(short C chain chlorinated paraffins), and the plasticizer produced by chlorination reaction has good compatibility with PVC, excellent plasticizing effect, fire resistance, no toxicity, environmental protection property, etc. This chlorinated product has an ester structure, and can be used as a plasticizer for the substitution of DOP, DBP.It contains chlorine and can replace chlorinated paraffin, to improve the flame retardancy and electrical insulation.

High Purity Epoxy Ester(HPEE) is a kind of eco-friendly auxiliary, and its raw material is plant oil. It can 100% replace TBC, DOTP, DINCH etc. for producing food package, children toys, medical appliance, plastic track, painting etc.
