Application
Polyester spiral dryer screen is an important auxiliary accessories for paper machine dryer section as the most advanced drying, filtration materials in the world.Polyester spiral drying cloth can be divided into small ring, medium ring, large ring according to single ring size.
The mesh belt was manufactured according to Finland product standards which has stable quality and long work life.Mainly used for paper mill paper drying, textile printing and dyeing products drying, suitable for m600/s speed and Horizontal belt vacuum washer bottom net (replace rubber belt).Instead of paper machine drying cloth and dry blanket,the Polyester spiral dryer screen were widely used in the production of cardboard, kraft paper, corrugated paper, train ticket, single double-sided white paper, and also used as belt conveyor equipment in food and coal mine industries.
The polyester mesh belt for filter press was made of high viscosity polyester chips, processing wire, enjoys unique properties after weaving and heat setting.
2-5 polyester wires were filled into the ring to reduce the permeability decreases and the material loss on the surface.
